Little Legends almost there & icon homeguard

Hey I was just thinking that if there is a way to integrate little legends in our normal summoners rift games. Like if they were really small on our shoulders. And I have really fallen in love with the win flying animation of my little legend and I think that it really sucks that its not an emote or something.

I also want to bring the idea again of Icon homeguards like the rainbow one for pride month but in a variety. I know that I am uninterested in paying for stuff like prestige skins but for cool home guards running animation trials I would definitely pay.
