Gift shards

Remember the last time you found a skin shard for some one you don't use, this should help with that. To use this I think you should need to

• Have that shard be permenant Have to pay some esscence, or rp to Gift it They must have the champion (unless it's a champion shard)

Please add suggustions or tell me why this idea is bad! This is my first post so don't be too harsh though.
