Halloween Ornn Skin?

I know it's both very late and extremely early, but hear me out. What if Ornn got a halloween skin? It almost seems too perfect; his Q could summon a giant candy corn from out of the ground, his W could have him throwing up cotton candy instead of breathing fire, and his ult could summon a giant flaming halloween spirit/demon to run over his enemies. Thoughts?
