Epoch: The Time Warden

Backstory: The very moment time began to flow, Epoch was born. And for a millennium it was only, Aurelion, him, and time, and he grew to love it, much like a father to his child. When life began he soon found that other beings had interest in time, and soon taught them what he knew. He quickly became a god amongst them and was happy with it. Then one day a human's found magic, and while Epoch was not worried, he did watch cautiously. Before he knew it mankind quickly gained control over it in a mere decade. Then one of the, Mages, decided to bend time. Epoch cringed at the horrid screams as Time itself was bent unnaturally in order to bring the future into the past. He had to stop it; but how? His first thought was to try and convince the people to not allow this, but he needed to stop this man. Luckily fate had done that for him, but the man’s wide eyes said he’d try again if he could. So Epoch quickly took to the temple they made in order to communicate with them. When he got there he called all of the people in his domain and gathered them, then warned them that the use of magic to control time is dangerous. One man though laughed, it was the man from before. He looked and said “You only fear that we will soon match you” then he grinned “Or even surpass you”. Epoch told the people that he would fail, that he could not reach the gods, and then he left. Besides, no one could reach those levels, Magic or otherwise. But only 3 decades later, not long after the meeting, he had a message from a loyal disciple. “He did it” The voice carried a sense of dough, and as he got closer he could here time crying. He raced to see what was going on, it was a second, not even a blink to Epoch, and the man had destroyed the city, and kept himself in a accidental stasis. Epoch now began to understand just what man was capable of. Shedding his godly form he decided to walk amongst men, and guard them from themselves. He could not keep them from experiment with time, but he could make sure the do it safely, and that those who don’t will be punished.

Physical Description: White ,Bald, Lean build, Where’s a blue and White robe that have glowing clockwork gears floating on the shoulders. He has an ethreal clock on his head *Mental Description: Wise and Intelligent, always calculating, but very arogent, and loves to brag. Voice: Echoy Saruman

Abilities Passive: Temporal Awareness: every 30 seconds Epoch spawns a Temporal Eye in a nearby area (Range: 1300) in the fog of war (Prioritizing bushes). Temporal Eyes are invisible and provide no vision until an enemy champion passes by. When they do the Temporal Eye will latch on to the target, giving Epoch vision of all what that champion see’s, not revealing wards or allied positions, for the next 25 (+.5 per level). Temporal Eyes last 1.5 minutes and can be removed by QSS and cleanse. Epoch can only have 5 active at a time

Q: Temporal Flux: Create a small time flux within target area dealing 50/90/130/170/210 (+.65 AP) Damage to all enemies in range (Range: 410 circle) and slowing them by 20%/25%/30%/35%/40% for 1.5 seconds. Enemy Minions and Jungle creeps are pulled in the center and stunned for 1.5 seconds. Cost: 75/105/135/165/195 Mana, Cooldown: 7 seconds

W: Accelerated Decay: Epoch causes target enemy champion to decay (Range: 560) at an accelerated rate dealing 5% of his AP as Magic damage for the next 5/5.5/6/6.5/7 seconds and slows them by 15%/18%/21%/25%/30% for the duration. Cost: 35/70/95/110/145 Mana, Cooldown: 15/14/13/12/11 seconds

E: Chrono Displacement Orb: Epoch creates an Orb of Temporal energies in a target area (Range: 600, Size: 420 Circle) that after a 2 second delay puts all champions in it under stasis for 2.5 seconds. Cost: 40/60/80/100/120 Mana, Cooldown: 10 seconds

R: Endless Time:** Passive**: Every third spell empowers Epoch’s auto attack to deal a bonus 50/75/100 (+.45 AP) Magic Damage and slow the target by 25%/40%/50% for 3 seconds. Active: Epoch channels massive temporal energies into himself for 3 seconds before transforming into an ascended temporal being for 10 seconds. During this time his cooldowns are cut in half (After applying CDR) and he gains 25%/45%/65% HP, Armor and Magic resist. Cost: 200/300/400 Mana, Cooldown: 150/130/110 seconds.

Animations When Chosen: Time is a delicate thing, and that is why I protect it. Walking: Walks normally “All in good time” “Every step is as important as the last” when at 450 or more MS he will begin a torpedo like motion “Time is of the essence” “With do haste” Attacking: Throws a small bolt of temporal distortion, a crit will make an influx of time around the target “How dare you” “You know incur my wrath” “Suffer, interloper” Taunt: Looks at a pocket watch then puts it away “Is it over already?” “I thought that's how it ended.” “Tsk, tsk, tsk, 5 seconds to fast” Joke: Pulls out a joke book “What time is it when you're late for work? Time to get a new watch!” “Hey, why couldn't the cook finish his meal? because he was all out of Thyme!” “What did the do after he finished his meal? He went for seconds!” Dance: The Rick dance Base: Looks into a pocket watch and begins to meditate “1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8, Right on time” “Now what to do when I get back….” Death: His body turns to dust, and a celestial being floats away “Do you know how long it takes to make a new body?” “I’ll be back” “It always feels like the first”
