How does Riot feel about custom skins?

I just found out about these this morning. They are a little sketchy, but seem to be nice or funny ideas, so I;m surprised I have not seen one before. But some violate some copyright laws, although Riot seemingly does not care. Are they approved, or just ignored?

They typically don't care. So long as it doesn't give you an unfair advantage somehow, go for it.

its acceptable from a riot standpoint because they aren't distributing these alterations plus they only affect you and not everyone else in the match.
