Can we have a system to see all the skins that we own?

Currently, going to the store and unclicking the "not owned" box under the Skins section shows you all the skins that you own** *that are currently up for sale. ***Skins like Zombie Brand or Goth Annie are not sold like regular skins, so the only way that you can see if you own them are if you click on the individual champion and go through the skins.

I want to have a better way to see which skins we own. Sometimes I forget I even bought a skin and it would be awesome if we could see all the owned skins in one place.
