DISCLAIMER: No numbers will be seen as final on abilities but rather a described idea of high damage, high cooldown, etc. as being able to place exact numbers for perfect balance is tricky. Onto the concept. Stikethroughs on numbers will indicate what current live value is.

Goal: To emphasize Nocturne's theme as a living nightmare and give him the tools to better act as an assassin.

(Passive) Umbra Blades - Nocturne's basic attack is periodically enhanced, dealing 120% AD 40/50/60/70/80% Bonus AD at levels 1/5/9/13/17 bonus physical damage to the target and surrounding enemies and healing himself for 10/18/26 (+ 15% AP) 5/10/15/20/25 (+ 10% AD) per enemy hit.

Basic attacks reduce Umbra Blades' cooldown by 1 second.

Internal cooldown: 10 20 seconds.

(Q) Duskbringer -

ACTIVE: Nocturne sends out a shadow blade in a line that leaves a Dusk Trail on its path, dealing 60/105/ 150/ 195/240 (+ 75% bonus AD) 50/90/140/ 180/220 (+ 80% bonus AD) physical damage to enemies it passes through and causing enemy champions hit to also leave a Dusk Trail behind their movement for 5 seconds.

While on the Dusk Trail, Nocturne is ghosted and gains bonus 15/20/25/30/35% movement speed and (15/25/35/45/55) 10/20/30/40/50 bonus attack damage.

New Effect Basic attacks on the Dusk Trail reduce the cooldown of Umbra Blades by an extra second.

Cooldown: 10 16/14/12/10/8 seconds. Mana Cost: 60/65/70/75/80 mana.

Animation Change Nocturne pulls one arm back and slices his blade upward tearing out the ground to send out the Dusk Trail.

Reworked (W) Shroud of Darkness/Futile Resistance -

PASSIVE: Nocturne empowers his blades, permanently gaining (20/25/30/35/40%) bonus attack speed.

Shroud of Darkness ACTIVE: Nocturne creates a barrier that blocks the next enemy ability that hits him within the next 1.5 seconds. If Nocturne blocks an ability, he can cast Futile Resistance within the next 3 seconds.

Futile Resistance ACTIVE: Nocturne goes into the ground, reappearing behind the source of the blocked ability and doubling Shroud of Darkness' bonus attack speed for the next 5 seconds.

Cooldown: 24/22/20/18/16 seconds. Mana Cost: 80/85/90/95/100 mana.

(E) Unspeakable Horror Terror's Lullaby -

New effect: PASSIVE: Nocturne gains 335 bonus movement speed when moving toward fleeing targets. Damaging a fleeing target deals 4% (+ 1% per 50 bonus AD) missing health physical damage.

ACTIVE: Nocturne plants nightmares into his target's mind, dealing 80/125/170/215/260 (+ 100% AP) 80/110/140/170/200 (+ 100% AP) magic damage over 2 3 seconds and forming a tether between him and his target. If the target does not break the tether by moving out of range, they flee from Nocturne for 1.25/1.50/1.75/2.00/2.25 0.75/0.875/1.00/1.125/1.25 seconds.

New effect: If Nocturne deals 30% of the targets maximum health while tethered the rest of tether damage happens at once and flee duration is doubled (1.50/1.75/2.00/2.25/2.50 seconds).

Cooldown: 15/14/13/12/11 seconds Mana Cost: 60/65/70/75/80 mana Target Range: 425 450 units Tether Range: 465 650 units

Reworked (R) Paranoia -

ACTIVE: Nocturne applies nearsight to all enemy champions for 4 seconds. During this time, he can recast Paranoia to invade the mind of an enemy champion for 2/2.5/3 seconds and causes the target to flee towards their fountain taking 40 (+ 20% Bonus AD) physical damage every half second for the duration. Nocturne is untargetable for the duration and leaves a Dusk Trail behind him and his target. This effect can end early if Nocturne recasts Paranoia a third time ending the damage and fear early while sending himself out towards the Dusk Trail.

Cooldown: 180/150/120 seconds Mana Cost: 100 mana Target Range 2500/3250/4000 units

NOTE - QSS/Cleanse will end the fear but not the damage/untargetability. When Nocturne causes a target to flee, their screen darkens at the edges with this playing upon flee but louder than normal.

And that's the concept! Let me know what you think and I'll gladly take any feedback/critiques into making edits.
