Problems and ideas for the relatively new champion select.

So after playing within the new season and the new champion select I have figured there are two major things that could be done to improve the new champion select.

First off is the ability not to look at champions while people are banning and picking, I enjoy debating what champions I might play, however you may say you should already know what champions you have and dadadada... but looking at the champions allows to see more than just what you can think of. 110+ champions are hard to process in 2 minutes.

Second will be the whole skin thing. I am not sure if this is a bug, but whenever I select a champion skin, and play, the next champion select it will revert it to some other skin. (ie. I own Frost Queen Janna, but it will default at Classic Janna) I believe there should be a way to default skins, so you don't have to remember to select the skin each time.

This is my first time posting in the boards, and I feel very strongly if being able to view champions while other people are banning / picking, and being able to default skins is possible it would make the champion select much better.
