New skins for those who lack

I think that some champion should get new skins that could be interested. Here's a list of some ideas i had:

Bardmax Mountie Hecarim (RCMP) Ceazir (ceasar and azir) Toy gnar Syrup zac

Personally, I actually have some good mental visions for what all these skins would look like but when I see Toy Gnar I just think of his Dino Skin since basically its already centered around the theme of a more normal child gnar that enjoys just playing with toys. (That then becomes godzilla if you destroy his block castle)
