Angus - The Might of the Freljord (Braum's Older Brother!)

Angus is a fighter/tank who, if allowed to get close, can unleash a big ol' can of whoopass on a sad lonesome enemy. Caution: Alot of Hard CC for single targets and teams.

Passive: Angus gains bonus Attack Damage based on his Max Health (1%). His abilities affect the his enemies with a stack of Shock, each stack reduces armor by 5/6/7/8% (at levels 1/6/11/16) up to 3 stacks. They last 4 seconds resetting with each re-stack. If Angus uses an ability on a target affected with 3 stacks of Shock the ability deals 50% true damage, consumes all stacks of Shock, and slows the enemy 15/20/25/30% (at levels 1/6/11/16) for 2 seconds.

Q - Elbow Drop - Angus jumps in the air toward target location and propels his body mass downwards at the area. Dealing Physical Damage to all enemies hit. Angus can target an allied tower to climb to the top of the tower, gaining extra vision and becoming immoble and unable to use any spells/attacks except Elbow Drop to get down. Upon a second reactivation, Angus gets extra range and damage to leap off the top of the tower onto an enemy. However, if Angus doesn't find a nice soft enemy to land on he will be damaged based on a % of his _max health _ meaning he can actually kill himself with this, also he will take this damage if a tower is destroyed while he is on it. Cooldown - 9/8.5/8/7/6 seconds

W - Buff Up - Angus grows bigger and buffer than his normal size for 5 seconds. He damages his body during the process, losing a 3% current health upon entering this state and another 3% current health after the duration has ended. While enlarged Angus gains extra AD and range on his basic attacks and spells. Elbow Drop also has increased AoE if he uses it during Buff Up.

E - Faceplant - Angus charges, gaining 25/27.5/30/32.5/35% move speed and dealing Attack Damage and knocking to the side all enemy minions and monsters. If an enemy champion comes within range or makes contact with Angus while he charges, Angus will stop charging and pick up the enemy, disabling them for .25 seconds, during this time Angus will take a couple more steps with the enemy, traveling a short distance from contact point. The Angus will slam the enemy champion on the ground dealing Attack Damage and stunning them and all enemies in a small AoE around the 2 for another .25 seconds. Angus charges full distance before attack or moving in another direction if he does not catch an enemy champion.

R - Back Breaker - Angus can only use this while he is Buff'ed Up (W). This ability should also have a short range about as big as his Auto Attack as it is a grab. Angus picks the enemy up by their feet, swings them over his head, and slams them on the ground directly on the opposite side of where they were originally. This does massive physical damage and stuns the enemy for 1.5/2/2.5 seconds. After they take damage they become Traumatized for 5 seconds, having their Armor and Magic Resist reduced by 15/25/40 for the duration.

This champion just seems fun to play all in all I personally would love to unleash the whoopass combo onto an enemy troll to shut em up. Also the overall concept is in essence very simple so Riot can make loads and loads of skins of whatever for him since he is in fact, just an extremely shredded bro. Maybe give him a Mullet or Sideburns or some facial feature like Braum's mighty mustache. This is infact a rework. Give me all the feedback you can give I take it all into perspective.
