Club Suggestion

Came across a similar thread on reddit, and it had some very great ideas. One idea I really liked was -Club Experience, winning games earns experience towards your club, and your club can level up. Each level up could have rewards like Experience/IP Boosts(5% at this level, 15% at this level etc, etc...)

I think this would be a cool feature, plz rito
