Halloween Skin Ideas

Idea 1: Meowkai Maokai as a big ole kitty kat, throwing cats at enemies and scratching with his attacks. Alternatively Maokai could be a crazy cat lady.

Idea 2: Mr. Yi Master Yi as a gentleman with a top hat, monacle, suit, and cane.
