Allow Us To Switch Primary Monitors

I have two monitors, and we should be able to switch our primary. I want my game to be on monitor 2, and it is annoying switching it to windows, moving it to monitor 2, then switching it back to borderless. Add an option in video settings to switch primary monitors please.
