Passive - Chalicar of Shurima: When Sivir makes a ranged attack or casts a ranged ability, she become a melee champion while the Crossblade is active. While the Crossblade is active Sivir gains bonus movement speed. Sivir's attack speed increases the missile speed of the Crossblade.

  • Mercenary Contract: Sivir's allies have the option of purchasing Contracts from their item shops. Purchasing them will reward Sivir gold over time, so long as she is within range of her ally who purchased the Contract, until Sivir has been given gold equal to the amount the Contract was purchased for. While near at least one allied champion with an active Contract, Sivir deals bonus damage to enemy champion with Gold Bounties. The more allies with Contracts, and the higher the Bounty, the more damage she will deal. If an ally with an active Contract dies, their Contract, and gold, is lost.

Q - Boomerang Blade - First Cast: Sivir hurls her crossblade in the target direction. Enemies in its path take physical damage. Upon reaching maximum range the crossblade returns to her, dealing the same damage.

  • Shuriman Moonfall - Second Cast: Sivir stop the Crossblade in place, causing it to deal magic damage to all enemies touching the blade over time. Each second the Crossblade is spinning in place it consumes exponentially more mana.

W - Ricochet - Toggle: Sivir's next ranged basic attack will cause the Crossblade to bounce from target to target, dealing Sivir's basic attack damage and applying on hit effects to enemies getting hit by Ricochet for the first time. Each additional hit from Ricochet on the same target deals reduced damage and consumes Sivir's mana.

E - Royal Waterways - Passive: Over time pools of water will begin to appear around Sivir, so long as she remains in the same location for long enough. When she leave the area the waters will dry up.

  • Oasis of Dawn - Active: Sivir is surrounded by water, cleansing Sivir and providing a spellshield that blocks the next spell effect that hit's Sivir, which lasts for 1-2 seconds. While the shield is active, Sivir's basic abilities cost no mana. When the water blocks an enemy spell effect, it replenishes a portion of Sivir's missing mana. The cooldown of this ability is replenished twice as fast while Sivir is in water.

R - The Hunt for Freedom: Sivir gains bonus movement speed and attack speed for 8 seconds. She inspires her allies, sharing a portion of her bonus movement speed and attack speed with near by allies. Allies with a Contract gain the full bonus.

  • Battle Mistress - Passive: When Sivir reaches level 18, her allies with a Contract now become part of Sivir's Mercenary Band. Whenever Sivir, or any of the members of her Mercenary Band, are near one another, they both gain the damage bonus against enemies with Gold Bounties.

  • The Fate of Shurima: At level 11 when returning to the summoning platform Sivir will be locked in the platform and forced to choose the fate of Shurima. Deciding the fate will change her ultimate ability and her Contracts. Repeatedly attempting movement commands outside the summoning platform will break the barrier, allowing Sivir to stay on the Hunt for Freedom and become the Battle Mistress.

R - Empress Sivir - Passive - Choosing to Rule Shurima: Sivir takes on an Ascended appearance, and her Contracts become Taxes. Sivir can now "buy" Taxes for free and apply them to her allies.

  • Long Live Shurima - Active: Sivir unleashes the power of her Ascended bloodline, increasing in size for 8 seconds and dealing bonus magic damage on her auto attacks. Sivir reduces all damage taken for the duration, and her basic melee attacks causes her to leap to attack target for the first attack against them. Each subsequent attack against targets already leapt to will instead heal Sivir for the bonus magic damage dealt. Nearby allies paying their Taxes will deal the same on hit magic damage as Sivir, allied melee champions will heal for the magic damage dealt.

R - Darkin Sivir - Passive - Choosing to Topple Shurima: Sivir takes on a Darkin appearance, and her Contracts becomes Blood Contracts. Allies now pay their health to Sivir, when Sivir is damage, over time as true damage, which heals Sivir.

R - Twilight of the Gods - Active: Sivir unleashes the true power of the Chalicar. For 8 seconds Sivir is slowed, but her auto attacks no longer throws the Crossblade, and instead they cause a beam of moonlight to fall, dealing magic damage to her attack target. Her abilities also summons moonlight in place of the Crossblade. After 3 basic attacks, or 3 bounces of Ricochet, Sivir's next movement command will be a blink. Allies with a Blood Contract will be placed in stasis and pulled into Sivir's body. For every allied champion Sivir absorbs, Sivir will be able to recast this ability to silence and disarm an enemy champion for the remainder of this ability.
