Skin ideas, Police Riot Braum and Hydra Illoai

Just think of the idea of a Riot Braum, i am not talking about a Ugly Riot Girl-Tristana skin. I mean a propper Riot police Braum, Where his Q is a rubber Bullet .His w is the same. Braums E becomes a riot shield. He is dressed as a police man ofc with his mighty mustache leading the charge.

Hydra Illoai where she is dressed in a white toga, and she will hold one of thoes Greek vases. Her tentacels becomes hyrda heads.
my idea behind this skin is that Hydra is a water monster with 9 heads, and you have to cut of the one real head to kill it, wich in this case is Illoai.
