Permanent FPS drop in LoL

Suddenly When i woke up this morning, i decided to play LoL of course since thats my daily rutine. And i got this massive fps drop. I usually have around 150+, but its down to 15-25 somtimes even lower, and i cant play with that at all. I need help or something that can fix this problem.
