Exploding World Xerath (or Planet Xerath)

Xerath's electrical body would be plasma like with molten magma and electricity coming from it with his armor in the formations of a once thriving planet (parts of the planets crust as the armor). Xerath's Q would charge a beam plasma to burn his enemies. Xerath's would summon a burning meteor to crash onto his enemies. Xerath's E would shoot out debris from the destroyed planet to stun his enemies. finally, Xerath's R would make him summon a meteor shower to come crashing onto his enemies. I am curious on everyone's opinion on this skin Idea? (this Idea is sort of a mix of an infernal and world destroyer skin concepts. maybe this skin could fall under either categories)
