Champion Concept - Flak (The Mercenary/ADC)
(I'm actually not sure wtf happened the first time because I made the thread, checked post discussion and it didn't appear. Sorry if you think this is spam, but I'm sure as hell not going to give up on something I've been writing for 4 god damn hours -_-'' I have to re-do E and some things on ULT again).
Passive - Half Life Description: Going 50% HP or under gives Flak's lifesteal a bonus of +100% (if he had 20% LS at the time then he will get 40% when it activates) and his armor penetration a bonus of +20% (if he had 35% then he will get 42%).
Q - Stalker Description: Flak fires out a missile from his cannon that is guided by the mouse pointer of the player (think like Sion ult meets Vel'Koz ult). Stalker travels at 300 speed, can loop around minions and hit the champions behind or force them out of position they were in. If Stalker is intercepted by a pet (Zyra's plants), champions (ADC/Support) or a neutral monster (minion) it explodes and deals splash damage around the target. Alternatively, Stalker will blow up after a couple of seconds on it's own. Mana Cost: 60/70/80/90/100 CD: 16s/14s/13s/11s/10s Physical Damage: 70/100/160/210/270 (+150% AD) Splash Damage: 35/50/80/105/135 (+75% AD)
W - Bulletstorm Description: When activated, Flak loads ammunition into his cannon and fires an enhanced shot on the next basic attack. The damage dealt can be changed based on the position of the enemy champion and Flak. For example, if he duels the enemy ADC alone, the next AA will deal combined damage with AA+Bulletstorm, but if the ADC has a support or minions between him and Flak, Bulletstorm will hit them instead. Flak can store up to 2 shots MAX and reset his AA animation (Basic Combo: AA+W+AA+W+AA). Mana Cost: 50 Physical Damage: 20/50/65/80/100 Reload Time: 20s/18s/15s/13s/10s

Description: Flak transforms his gun into a massive anti-aircraft cannon and shoots a global missile into the sky. The missile from the sky appears on the ground in a form of moving AoE that travels like Jinx's Rocket or Ashe's Arrow but works like Pantheon's Ultimate once it is activated again. Upon activating it again, Flak drops down the missile from it's position and it hits the ground after 1 second, it's fallout dealing damage over the next 5 seconds to all units in the area of the AoE. Damage from "Fallout" is maximized the closer the champions are to the center of the AoE. The damage of Fallout also increases the longer it travels, increasing by 1% AD for every 1000 range. "Fallout" doesn't show the terrain across it travels if it goes into Fog of War but the second activation reveals it.
Skins: Classic, Battlecast Flak (Power Armor - Fallout reference)
Pros -All abilities are AoE; -Scales into late; -Good steroids; -Strong bully; -Good duelist; -Versatility (MAX Q if your opponent has more range/MAX W for duels/MAX E for duels); -Global ultimate.
Cons -Zero escapes; -High CDs; -Low attack speed; -Short ranged; -Relies on abilities to bully; -Relies on support; -all abilities can be hard to hit.
Good against: Ashe, Jinx, Draven, Kog'Maw, Urgot, Quinn, Twitch, Varus, Miss Fortune; Bad against (ADC): Lucian, Vayne, Ezreal, Graves (any ADC with a quick escape to avoid his abilities); Goes even with (skill match-up): Caitlyn, Corki, Sivir, Tristana; Goes well with (support): Nami, Leona, Thresh (any support that can lock down targets enough for his abilities to hit).
