Is there ever going to be a project to rework outdated legendary skins?

As League of Legends continues launching new champions and skins, reworking old champs and tweaking others, it has become really apparent the difference between the skins that were made in 2010 and the ones made now.

Riot has really improved at their way of making alternate appearances to our beloved champions, but while the new skins totally rock, the old ones just stay forgotten.

Like, take for example, Brolaf. It's a legendary skin, but it falls off short compared even to some 1350 RP skins. The skin just changes his voice and his comments, but it really ends up being really upsetting when compared with the likes of the new Sion legendary skin or Master Yi's. (Just to mention some of the new ones)

The issue is that Brolaf isn't the only skin. Corporate Mundo, Gentleman Cho'gath, Red Baron Corki, Annie in Wonderland, Alien Invader Heimerdinger, The Magnificient Twisted Fate and Ice Toboggan Corki are all in a similar situation.

I just wanted to say that I support the idea of reworking these legendaries skins so that they look more interesting and feel like they're really worth their money.

Because of my ignorance, I wish to know the issues that Riot would confront in reworking these skins and if we could ever have any opinion on this or is it just impossible to do?

Thanks for your time.

On a side note, I personally think Pulsefire Ezreal could also use a little love - it's not exactly up to the same visual standards as the other two ultimate skins, but it's revered just the same. Sure, it's difficult to update all of those Ezreal variations, but a lot of people don't think it's worth the money anymore - much like a handfull of the older legendary skins.
