Awesome idea for a new champ :D Name = Minister: The minions lord

Hello everybody, me and my friend was talking about league and a AWESOME idea just pop out of us head... A champ who is like the ''Lord'' of the minions!

Me and my friend talking about that a lot and this is our idea's:

-Name=Minister : The minions lord

-this is gonna be a mid champ -He's gonna be a abillity power champ -His ''Q'' would be like stun/silence -With his ''W'' he can spawn a kind of minion (at your choice:a little bit like Azir but is more like some buff minions) -His ''E'' would be a poke :P (like some of mid laner champ) -His Ult (R) can be only use if he have his ''W'' activated (buff minions) he can give to he's minion a bonus of 50% of abillity power and Minister gain 30% of armor and magic resist OR Minister's cooldown reduction is increase by 75% ( at your choice)
