just some thoughts i found cool and will improve league in my opinion.

IVERN Ivern is a nice champ but unwanted.Not many play him and havent been seen in lcs.They should make him able to take baron/dragons with half current health and a waiting time (not available instasmite) of like 3 mins (warning or not the enemy team).or perhaps being able to instasmite but has to cast same health cost for uninterupted 2 minutes warning the enemies or not.

NEW CHAMPION ABILITY An ability similar with talons wallhop it came to me a while ago was having a "sion"-like champion raging through walls breaking them and allowing all players to go through there.

LEE SIN Seriously consider the fact of making lee sin blindness effective against blinds.AT LEAST TEEMO'S.this little devis has no hard match ups in game. dont take me wrong i love him but having one champ who doesnt even depend on attackspeed counter his stupid dart would not be that extreme as a though.

LEBLANC They should make her be able to do W->R->R->R(OR W) to tranfer to her clones w.with a half hp-mana cost? seems fair and epic.or something to make it balanced and viable

thats all i can think for now.i've had plenty of thoughts similar to these and if i remember or come up with anything depending on your opinions i will update/post again. greetings summoners
