Passive - Third Eye: Nadou can successfully target and attack Invisible, Camouflaged, Obscured enemies , or enemies hiding within bushes for 4 seconds if they disappeared while within his range of vision if an enemy remains still, they can be seen constantly, once they move they vanish after 4 seconds

Q - Flailing Stars: Nadou throws up to three clusters of shurikens in a triangular area, damaging and slowing enemies struck for 2 seconds each strike from Flailing Stars slows a target by 5%, staking up to to a maximum of 15%

After the third cluster, Nadou switches to a single throwing knife: this knife flies in a straight line, going through all enemies in it's path Individuals targets take an additional 10% damage from the Knife for each Cluster of stars they were struck by

W - Stalking Shadow: Nadou cloaks himself in darkness and becomes invisible for 3 seconds and gains 10% bonus movement speed while invisible, he can leap a short distance to an enemy, dealing 10 - 50 (+10% AD) Bonus physical damage to them is he kills the target he quickly cloaks himself once more

Cast Time: 0.25 Seconds Leap Range: 300 Units Leap Speed: 500 UpS Cost: 40 Stamina Cool Down: 15 Seconds (-2 P/L Bonus Damage: 10 (+10 P/L) Damage Increase: 10% AD

E - Dark Step: While Visible: Nadou dashes a short distance in a target direction, obscuring sight of himself for 0.5 seconds when he stops

While hidden: Nadou dashes a longer distance while simultaneously sending out a clone of himself in the opposite direction, when they stop, the both obscure vision of themselves for 1.5 seconds at the end of the dash, Nadou can recast Dark Step to force his clone to lunge in a target direction, dealing magic damage to all enemies in it's path

Dark Step can not move through walls or terrain

R - Shadow Drop: When unseen to the enemy team: Nadou Leaps upward then falls back down behind a target champion When he lands he stabs them viciously, dealing heavy physical damage that scales with their missing health

Casting Shadow Drop on an enemy that was damaged by Dark Step increase the missing health damage by an additional 10%

Nadou can not be targeted during his leap

His Q is definitely overloaded if I read it correctly, landing 3 Akali Q's then gets a Caitlyn Q that does up to 99% increased damage with a 90% AD scaling ratio? Forgetting about the damage done by the initial 3 Q's the knife throw even with just 100AD and having it be level three would deal (120+90)*1.99= 420 damage almost. That is a lot of damage. Considering he turns invisible and can dash to you, then ult to you, and press Q between its almost a guaranteed to land 2/3 Q's.

Greetings fellow concept creator, a few notes for you!

Base stats

  • You have to realize that Sion's (One of the tankier champions in league) has a base Health stat of 543 (Though Twitch has a base stat of 584, it's really confusing.). Nadou has a base stat of 570.

Q

  • I would like you to explain just how long this slow takes.

  • Sorry but this ability seems pretty useless in Nadou's overall kit? I mean I guess it will help with his E and R but having to stand still for that extra duration, especially if you're jungling, and having to actually use another ability to engage which also burns up your disengage is very disadvantageous to both a laner and a jungler

  • This sounds a bit like a Neeko Clone, I can see now that this is supposed to be a confusing opponent to lane against. But look at that extra damage? 110% extra Physical Damage to an ability that does Magic Damage is 1) very hard to itemize against. 2) very random. I suggest that you take this out for balancing reasons.
