Leaver buster changes.

So, I have the leaver-buster, and I completely understand the reason. I work long hours, and sometimes I get so tired I can't finish a game. I do what I can to avoid this. But regardless of what causes me to leave, I have affected others game-play, so I deserve to wait longer for the allotted number of games. What I refuse to believe is that I should be banned from everything on league while I wait those 30 minutes. I can't check my runes, edit them, buy new ones. I cannot read up on other champs or look at my experience with my set of champs, to decide what champ i want to get next. Lets face it, I may not be an exemplary player, but I love the game, and all the little things that go into league other than just playing. WHY, just why, when i have the leaver-buster am i forced to look at the 30 minute countdown without doing anything. If i open up the shop, it exits my que, and the timer resets. When I want to open up the profile pages, it resets the que.

If you want to punish someone for leaving a game, why would you take away every little thing about the game for that timer? Its supposed to be a lower priority que, not a prison cell keeping you in one spot. Can we please change the leaver-buster so that it is just a lower priority que, and not something that blocks out all other league related activities.
