Snow day Lee sin

Ok so, I came up with this idea around a half year ago, not sure if I'm the first one but hey.

So, my idea was snow day lee sin, it felt like it could be a really good skin, these are the abilities and etc.

Q - Lee Sin throws a snowball with snow particle effects flying after it, the icon is like a snow puddle under the enemy kind of, you get it.

When Lee reactivates his q a second time he flies towards the enemy with snow particles after him.

W - When used on friendly unit he flies towards it with snow particles like the last one, icon thing when used is up to riot.

When reactivated his hands get all icy and hard.

E - When used icicles drops down on enemies and crashes into their heads.

When reactivated which is a slow it will drop down isicles again but this time they will kind of stay over the slowed enemies heads kinda.

R - Lee PUNCHES the enemy with an icy hand as they fly away with snow particles swirling around them. If collided with other enemy snow kinda smashes Into them.

Ok, those were his abilities now let's take a look at his look.

Woolly hat

Scarf

Some sort of jacket and maybe something under it not sure.

Pants not sure either

Some sort of winter boots.

And lastly some leather gloves.
