Freedom Quinn

I just had an idea pop into my head. I don't even live in America, but I just realized... why doesn't Quinn still have a Freedom skin? With a bald eagle, american flag, and all that patriotic stuff?

How have Riot not done that yet? There is Uncle Ryze in the game!

P.S. I don't know why there is a picture poppinn up in the Boards, I had inserted a picture of a bald eagle and deleted it instantly. I didn't draw anything pls don't downvote.
