qss item for mages

i find it annoying that there is no qss item for mages and think it kind of screws them vs malz because they still need it .

so i though of Amara's armgaurd, basically just an ap item build from qss.

Stats:

• 60-70 ap
• 50-70 mr
• potental cdr at cost of other stats

active: quick silver, bla bla bla passive: bond of the acult, kill targets to charge up to 10%-100%, at 10-20% you can ACTIVATE, the passive and bond an ally, reducing cc time by 5%.
