New champ..

So, every once in a while I get thoughts for different champs. Every champ you guys release snowballs my ideas, one of my thoughts at the moment is mostly a tank but also has some damage. As far as abilities and design go, I'm in the process of that, but as the passive ability I'm thinking of, it's similar with Vlad's passive. Instead giving him/her a certain increase of armor & mr depending on a low, reasonable percentage of health and vice versa. For design I was thinking of someone of a crusader. I'll get back to you on the design because depending on the story and abilities, they all change all of the design. Please work with me if any of this is a good idea..
