Matt, The Ruler of Piltover's Dark Side

Matt is melee champion, who use his arms and left leg for fighting angainst enemies. Matt was born without left arm and left leg, but the unknown engeneer and scientist made machine for killing and fighting of him, by attaching mechanized metal arm and leg to his body. Matt has gained power, fighting skills and great skateboard driving skills while he was on streets of Zaun City. Because he did not had enemies in Zaun, he has gone to Piltover to fight against champions which live there. Matt believes that someone from Piltover killed his parents and engeneer who make him stronger. (A bit of lore) Abilities Passive: If Matt hits 5 basic attacks in 10 or less seconds, 6th basic attack will deal bonus magic damage equal to enemy's health. (Max: 300 bonus Magic Damage) Q: When you activate this ability in next 4 seconds your basic attack will crit. strike your target and slow it. If you kill enemy champion with this ability cooldown of ability will be reduced. (Matt hits his target with left leg on this ability). W: (This ability is passive) Every crit. strike, Matt gets bonus movement speed and leave a seal on target he crits. (Movement speed bonus does not stack). E: Matt can fast dash in line direction, if enemy champion that he dash through have a W seal, he will slow him. For every champion that he dash through and slow, will get a shield. R: Matt has skateboard on his back, when he activate his R, he throws skateboard on the ground and strarts riding it. For every 2 seconds he gets faster until he reach max. bonus movement speed. While Matt is riding skateboard he cannot use any of his abilities and cannot attack enemies, but every enemy champion that he pass beside will get knocked to side. (Matt's ult drains mana per second while it is activated)

Matt will be Top laner or Jungler, good for fighting against melee champions and not that strong against range enemies.
