HUD changes

Can there be some changes made to the HUD systems? I'd like the bottom HUD to be able to move, not just the map, or maybe be able to hide them. Also can you make it so you can remove only your own health bar and not anyone else's, or be able to change their size? These can really get in the way sometimes.
