Champion Concept: Lola, the Executive of Piltover

This champion concept came to me a while ago, mainly because my concept covers three areas where League is lacking thematically and gameplay. One, there is a significant lack of support champions. Two, there are no champions representing aristocracy and wealth other than perhaps the Demacians and Noxians in an interesting way. Three, there is no explanation for "evil" in Piltover other than the narrative that Zaun allows evil to seep into Piltover.

The redesign of League lore has introduced an opportunity for a new direction for Piltover, one contrasting from the shimmering metropolis of progress it once stood for and instead represented as a place of innovation at the cost of humanity. Camille's introduction is perhaps the most important part of this lore, as it signifies that there is an aristocratic class in Piltover with just as much intruigue as the chem Barons as Zaun, but with a more sophisticated style of maneuvering. They themselves are not fighting, but instead supporting conflict which allows them to grow in influence. This thematic fits perfectly in the support role, hence the concept of Lola, the Executive.

Lola is a ranged support champion, armed with an elaborate parasol, an exotic purse, and an elegant gown. Her hairstyle alludes to the pompousness of Marie-Antoinette, and treats any champions on the rift below her status as dirt. Her costume is not just for show. Her bag can be deployed as a turret, her parasol a projectile reflecting barrier, and her gown is actually stitched with hextech imbued silk which lights up as she attacks.

Without further ado,

Passive- Executive Privilege Part 1- When an enemy near Lola or an augmented ally leave combat with a champion for 6/5/4/3 seconds, they become marked for Bounty. If an enemy marked with Bounty is damaged by an ally champion, Lola gains 20% movement speed for 1 second and earns 25 credits. Credits are used in the store to buy augments.

Part 2- Lola may use credits earned through Bounty to purchase augments: single use items which permanently empower the targeted ally champion through an interaction with one of Lola's abilities. Each ally may have up to (1) augment. There are three augments:

  • Augment (Q): Turret?! In My White Bag!?- After charging a turret, your next auto attack deals (30%) additional damage. 1.5 second cooldown
  • Augment (W): Rigging the Battlefield- Gain 20% tenacity while any one enemy is in the field.
  • Augment (E): Soaring Stocks- Landing an ability on airborne enemies hit by Soaring Stocks (E) stun them for .75 more seconds when they reach the ground.

Q- Turret? In My White Bag? Deploy your valentine white bag to at your location, facing a targeted direction. The turret lasts 30 seconds, and is untargetable by enemies. Whenever Lola or an ally champion attacks the turret, it gains a charge up to 3 charges. While the turret is deployed, Lola may recast this ability to launch a beam of energy in the direction the turret is facing, dealing magic damage plus ability power times the number of charges the turret holds to all enemies in a line. After casting, the turret cannot gain any charges for 3 seconds (reduced by CDR). (Critical hits on a turret gives it two charges)

W- Rigging the Battlefield Upon activation, a shockwave is emitted from Lola's Hextech Fibre dress, which leaves an electrified terrain with a 700 unit radius. While in the field, allies gain (15% per 100 AP) additional movement speed plus 20/22.5/25/27.5/30% for each enemy in the field. Additionally, this ability automatically marks all enemies caught in the initial cast with Bounty.

E- Soaring Stocks Lola leaps into the air, floating over terrain towards target direction and is immune stuns and roots (range of 800). Upon reaching maximum range, Lola floats back to her original cast location. At any time during her flight, she may recast this ability to return to the ground, knocking nearby enemies airborne for 1.25 seconds and damaging them. The stun radius gains some additional range if Lola is floating back to her original cast location.

R- A Peculiar Parasol Lola opens her parasol in a target direction for up to 4 seconds. During this time, Lola cannot cast other abilities, attack or move, but the faces the current position of your mouse cursor. Any skillshots that are reflected off of the parasol towards the direction of your cursor for (80%/100%/120%) of the ability or attacks' effectiveness. Enemy champions may not dash through the parasol.

Auto attacks and targeted abilities that hit Lola's Parasol transform into a skillshot aimed towards the location of your cursor, damaging the first enemy hit for (40/60/80)% of that attacks value as magic damage. The Effectiveness ratio changes all effects of the ability reflected, including damage and crowd control.

So what do you all think? Are abilities overloaded, or not useful enough for a support? Is her gameplay overwhelming(large kit, incomprehensible) or too responsive(plays like tahm kench, whom i hate)? Upvote this post if you want to see art of my OC!

I like the idea overall! I don't think it is overloaded or too simplistic. How big is the parasol? Like Braum shield size?
