Freeyah, Slayer of the grim
Hello, this is an old idea of mine that has gone trough some rework over the time. It is completely unserious thing I just like writing stories and stuff and do it for fun.
** Short story **
Freeyah was one of the children of two powerful mages, who met in a war on the battle field. They decided to make a life for themselves and ran away in Ionia, but misfortune followed them there and they got assassinated, yet managing to save their two children, who escaped on a boat. Freeyah and her bigger brother were stranded in the ocean, till they reached a shore and later found a village. However that village was opposite to the Shadow Isles and that was just a disaster waiting to happen. One night a thick fog with all kind of monsters and omens inside, consuming the village and everything Freeyah knew and loved. Barely escaping with her life she finds a strange man that claims he sees power in her and would train her for her revenge. Of course she agrees and after years of training she applies for the Legue. There she tested her steel and magic against the monsters of The Isles, preparing for the day she will meet them outside the fields of justice.
** Lore**
Freeyah's story started before her very birth, but it's culmination only began years later. She lived in a small village, opposite to the shores of the Dark Isles with her brother. No memories were present for her from the time before before she came in the village, all she knew is that her parents had died shortly after her birth and that her brother brought her where she is now, back when she was very little, but he never spoke of the past, surrounding it with sicretts. Drawn by the wish to know her past Freeyah has always wanted to be a hero, like one of those in the stories she would hear so often by people or red in books, but in the end of the day she was a normal person like everybody else, or so she thought. Without knowing it she had the power all along, only it was sealed in her, never unlocked until one faithful night that would change her life forever.
Every year a thick blueshly dark fog would come from the Shadow Isles, crawing away from it, bringing dark shadows and screams in it trough the deeps of the sea. And so every near that time the people of the village would go away for 2 weeks and wait for it to pass. This year was different, there was no fog at a time where it usually was half way to the village. People waited for days, looking constantly but it never came so they tough it wont come this year. Ol just how wrong were they!
For a single night the shadow mist flooded the village in mere hours while it was asleep. In that night Freeyah lost her brother and all the people she loved and knew to the creatures of the Shadow Isles, her last link to her family and past was gone, replaced by vengeance and the everlasting memory of galloping horseman, leading the charge, ingolved in the mist. That night she swore to abolish all the horrors of the Isles, also the seal was cracked and now without knowing it yet the meens of revenge were awaken. Shortly after that grim event a strange man found her, clamming to be a powerful mage that saw great potential in her and wanted her to make Freeyah his apprentice. That was the same man that started everything. He knew the giril had a very rare magical power, to bend the souls and the lifeforce itself, many could just gain power from a soul, but she could bend and twist it by will.
After four long years she had control over her magic and was tout how to handle a weapon, now all she needed was a moving target that tended to fight back and that was plentiful in the League of legends. And so she went to the institute of war pleading to be accepted. And when her judgement was done the real training would begin, for now she would finally face what the Shadow Isles were holding, training for they day when her blade will meet it's horrors out of the League.

Abilities
Passive: Chilling Doom - Upon being hit by close or ranged attack Freeyah slows the attack speed of her attacked by 8% stacking up to five times.

**Q. Soul leak **
Mana cost: 40/50/60/70/80 Cooldown: 12/11.1/10.2/9.3/8.4 sec Range: 750 Damage: 80/115/150/185/220 + (0.4 AP and 0.3 bonus AD) over 7 seconds. AD drained: 30/45/60/75/90 (max 80 normal 140 with R from all sourses) Type: Alto cast / skill shot with R
Freeyah puts her curse mark on a target, that a deamon appears from their body and starts doing damage over the duration of 7 sec and stealing attack AD from them giving 60% of the stolen to you. A target can't be affecter by the AD reduction effect more then once every 15 seconds and the effects need 5 seconds to ramp up to max strength.

**W. Gilotine flow/Decapitate **
**Gilotine Flow - ** Mana cost: 70 Cooldown: 15/14.5/14/13.5/13 Range: 625/650/675/700/725 Damage: 50/75/100/125/150 (+0.3 AD)
Gilotine flow - Freeyah empowers her wing (with her ult she grows a second one), leaping over to her target knocking back everything infront of her landing spot in a spreading patern and doing physical damage. For every champion succesfuly knocked back the cooldown will decrease by 0.6 seconds. (range of pushback =170)
Decapitate - Mana cost 22/24/26/28/30 Cooldown : 15/14.5/14/13.5/13 Range:230 Damage: 80/100/120/140/160 (+ 0.4 AD)
Decapitate - If she is to cast W again Freeyah performs a decapitating strike so powerfull that it damages all enemy targets infront of her sending up to 3 champions in the air for 0.4 seconds. Hitting multiple champions decreases the cooldown. It’s Cd also goes down for hitting multiple targets. This ability gain 3% bonus damage for every 10% missing healt on hte target hit.
_**Note! ** Decapitate actually takes separate CD with Grim charge so in between 1 grim charge you can land 2 or maybe more Decapitations, until Grim charge comes off coldown, if you have very good positioning and have high CDR. _

Mana cos: none Cooldown: 30 sec Range 350 Max Drain if health: 120/210/300/390/480+ 0.2 AP Max Drain if mana: 140/230/320/410/500+ 0.2 AP Max drain per target 80/150/220/290/360 + 0.2 AP
Freeyah drains health OR mana(the higher value in % is chosen from each target) from up to 3 champions or big monsters , but if the affected targets ate not killed within 5/ 5.5/ 6/ 6.5/ 7 seconds everything stolen will be refunded with 40% increase.

R. Overpower -
Mana cost: 80 Cooldown: 42/40/38 seconds Range: 450 Bonus range: 230/260/290 Damage: 25 - 85 /25 - 125/ 25 - 185 (+0.2 AD and 0.3 AP) Stacks: 1/ 1.5 / 2 (+ 1 for every 85 AP) AP steal per target: 25/35/45 MAX AP steal: 60/110/155 Knock up: 0.4
Freeyah concentrates imence power in herself. Empowering a skill gives secondary effects to her abilities and enables her to steal AP from enemy champions, with her alto attacks or Gilotine flow/Decapitate,
Soul leak: Becomes a fast traveling skillshot with increased it's range (960) dealing all extra damage from OVERPOWER istantly upon hitting a champion and the overtime damage afterwards. Passing through minions does 30% increased damage (from OVERPOWER only). If you use OVERPOWER you are able to steal from more then one target and in adition the projectiele gives you vihon on it's path.
Gilotine flowr: Whiele performing Gilotine flow Freeyah becomes untargetable and deals extra damage equal to the OVERPOWER effect, doubling the knockback , but hitting multiple targets no longer reduces the CD. Also Freeyah can choose where to leap over a small radius around her target (say on the side or behind them, so you can push them back in the opposite direction).
Decapitate r: Decapitate deals extra damage equal to the OVERPOWER effect and instead of hitting targets only infront of her Freeyah jumps in mid air (becoming untargetable for one second) striking all targets arround her for double the range (460) and knockup (0.8 second).
__Last pact __Has 50% CD on top of your current CD, That means if you already have say 10% CDr and the spell is available avery24 sec if used with R it/s CD will be even furder reduced to 12 sec.
Note: It also transforms her alto attacks into a mele skill shot, a very close comparison would be Hecarim’s Q, what I mean by this is when you overpower and click left mouse button you will execute an alto attack by command instead of,,, well automatically which means your altos during that time must be well timed, they also will have no cast time which means you don’t stop running to do them so HF.

What was my goal with this champion:
To make a versetiele AD caster that can go from burst assasin to tank depending on items. Her goal is to bring steady CC to a team and make good plays, as her kit is full with potential juke bombs. Her unique ability is to take AD and AP from opponents. She has mediocere scalings and slow attack speed to compensate. She can be palyed as jungle or more agressive top, but here long mele range anables a mid lane in you are up to the test. What she excels most at is cripling AD carrys that are based on alto attacks, more that AP carrys, which makes her very good choise vs comps with tow strong AD damage dealers sence that is the position she can hurt the most.
Now i shall go put on glasses, for they make me look SMARTER and I sure do ****ing need it after all those typing and probably gramer mistakes. And if someone has an idea how I can make the post a bit less long like add links or something please do share. I will probably make a much more detailed and colorfull Photoshop drawing at some time, for this one I had very limited resources. Take care summoners.
