Champ concept - The Analyst
As the name suggests this is a mech champion that analyses information from champions and the map.
Passive: Analytical Mind The enemy champions are scanned and their most recent games are analysed. Their movements and gameplay are compressed and a shadow clone of the enemy champions move around the map 5 seconds in advance of the map timer. If there are no logs or not enough sufficient data on movement and gameplay, a player close in mmr, rank and game/champ knowledge of the champion they are playing will be substituted in. On the screen, relevant information will be shown as the game progresses, such as information on how likely they are to take towers, inhibitors, baron, rift herald, drake and at what time they each take. The information appears in boxes on the top of the screen before dissappearing after a while. Information appears at times of relative ease and information will not appear as often when under aggression. Also information will appear on top of the enemy in fights such as how long they are crowd controlled for and red circles, pinpointing enemy attacks. Within a certain radius of The Analyst, projectiles coming in from fog of war will be alerted by large exclamation marks.
Q: Tracking Chip A chip is shot at an enemy. If it hits then the chip latches onto the enemy dealing damage. The chip will grant true vision of the latched champion to The Analyst for up to 8/9/10/11/12 seconds.
W: Evolving Resistance/ Scatter Point Passive: As the game goes on, taking damage from a champion, minion or monster will reduce the effectiveness. This applies to crowd control and tower shots but at a decreased level. For example, taking damage from only auto attacks from Caitlyn will reduce the damage of it over time. But if Caitlyn never used her ultimate on The Analyst, then it would deal the same amount of damage. Active: Releases 4 mech bots around itself, to block damage. The mech bots tank any incoming damage from the direction. The mech bots can be placed in any direction, and the formation is customizable. The mech bots themselves run at enemies and explode when near them.
E: EMP Raid The radius around The Analyst illuminates for half a second then erupts, stunning all enemies within the radius for 0.5 seconds and dealing magic damage. This process repeats up tot 3 times in an interval of 1.5 seconds between each EMP explosion.
R: Insight/UAV INBOUND Choose a small circular area on the map within a 2500 range, revealing all wards, invisible champions, traps and the cooldowns for enemy champions in the area are exposed along with their summoner cooldowns at the top of the screen. This lasts for 5 seconds before The Analyst calls down a UAV strike at targeted area. The rain of rockets increases for each enemy champion. With 5 enemy champions, the rain of rockets repeat 5 times.
