Champion Concept (I hope): Geronta, the Timeless Warrior

I've been tossing about an idea for a champion that can go one of two ways; high ad with low health and resistances, or high resitances and utility at the cost of damage. Sure it may be the new juggernaut archetype that everyone hates, but hear me out.

Lore Millennia ago, in a land lost to history, there was a race of ancient beings that saw over the growth of Runeterra's many races, man and beast alike. These beings were nameless, faceless, and had the power to grant immortality, foresight beyond measure, and even the ability to pass through time. One day the leader of an ancient tribe of humans-- long since extinct--- claimed to be the one true king of Runterra and began a campaign to claim all lands, that is until he came upon the nameless ones. Angered at his audacity they destroyed his entire tribe, wiped the all memories of his conquest and of his tribe, save for the so called "king." The nameless ones striped me of my mortality, bound him to the flow of time, never aging, never truly dying. The greatest of the nameless ones hissed, "You, conqueror and oppressor of innocence, shall feel the pain of eternal life, we bind you to a path of sorrow, never shall you bear offspring, lest they die a bloody and untimely death." The man writhed and howled in pain as his life force was ripped from his body and sealed within a pendant imbued with time-seizing enchantments. I collapsed onto the marble and slate tiles. The light faded, died, crushed by the weight of the tear between body and soul. The pendant was put around my neck, and bound to my body with a hiss. "Never will you be able to remove this pendant from yourself, all mortals who touch it will be consumed by fire and expunged from this realm," the nameless ones proclaimed, "Now! Rise! Feel the pain you have inflicted upon others forever more! Be consumed by the darkness with in your own heart and know that your sins shall never be reconciled!" "Be that... as it may," I coughed, "You will die before you see me break!" I drew my sword one last time, and slayed the nameless ones. They shrieked as they died. "Impossible, that blade is mortal steel. How can i-" "You made this happen, through forcing my mortality to be naught you made me like yourselves." My name is Geronta, the lost king of the dead tribe, slayer of the immortal nameless ones, and I... am sorry.
