[Update](WIP) Champion Idea: Emilia (I Encourage Constructive Criticism)

Base stats: Health: 560 + (80) Health regen: 8 + (.55) Mana: 330 + (35) Mana Regen: 8 + (.7) Range: 150(Melee) Attack Damage 70 + (4) Attack Speed: .68 + (3%) Armor: 32 + (3.5) Magic Resist: 32 + (1.25) Movement Speed: 335
Passive: Traced - After Emilia damages an enemy champion with any of her abilities the enemy champion becomes Traced. The next basic attack against the traced target will gain 400 range and will deal 20-250+(20% total Attack Damage) as physical damage to the traced target over the next second. If in the second the target is traced again and attacked while traced the remaining damage from the first trace is completed instantly and the second trace DoT starts. After the traced over the duration of the DoT Emilia gains 20-50% movement speed.
Q: Multishot - Cooldown 10/9/8/7/6 seconds. Emilia fires 3 bolts simultaneously in a cone. Each bolt dealing 80/110/140/170/200+(60% bonus Attack Damage) as physical damge. Enemies can be hit by multiple bolts dealing 50% of the original damage. The bolts will pierce the first enemy hit. The second enemy hit takes 50% reduced damage and is slowed by 10/15/20/25/30% for 1.5 second
W: Coated Blade - Emilia coats her blade with poison. Active - Cooldown 12/11/10/9/8 next 2 nonpassive basic attacks do 5% max health as physical damage over 1 second. While the DoT is active the enemy has grevious wounds.
Passive - After detonating a traced target gain 10/20/30/40/50% attack speed.
E: Boop/Bop - Cooldown 16/14/12/10/8 seconds Emilia dashes dealing 60/80/100/120/140+(40% bAD) physical damage towards a target stunning them for .25 seconds. If the target is within 250 units then Emilia will dash 550 back after stunning the target.
E cooldown reduced by 2 seconds everytime traced is triggered.
R: Boobytrap - Cooldown 150/120/90 Boobytraps last 180 seconds. They can be set anywhere. They take 2 seconds to set. They are invisible. When an enemy champion walks over a boobytrap they get stunned for 2 seconds and they are slowed by 99% for 2 more seconds. Radius is 175 units.
Added some minor information. Still working on her title. Changed some stuff to DoT. Reduced cooldown on level 1 and 2 ultimate, but increased level 1, 2, 3, and 4 of her W cooldown. Also buffed the scaling on the passive. and the rest of the changes can be seen by the crossing out of certain parts of the kit. What do you guys think? Would love constructive criticism.
