Vivahli The Cursed Tyrant - (Terrible) Art and Persona Showcase!

Second, my art skills are non-existent to say the least. I tried my hard and to be honest, I am proud of it. Pls don't ruin my confidence in this. Although I would appreciate someone making a better version of her.
Third and last, I am still working on the abilities! If many people like this champion concept, I will work harder at researching and coming up with champion abilities for Vivahli.
ONE MORE THING (SORRY), THE STORY IS NOT OFFICIAL, IT IS SOMETHING TO BE EDITED AND PROBABLY RE-POSTED. Also the names are different because, the other name was a stand in. This one is also not completely official. Mostly because I suck at coming up with names for made up regions. ANYWAYYYYY!

Yes, I know. It's terrible and low quality. Here's the described version of Vivahli.
Body - Vivahli has brownish-charcoal hair colour, when enraged her hair will get caught on fire. The colour of the fire ranges from red, orange, yellow and blue. Her hair is very short in the front, but has a large pony tail kept together by a golden band. Her skin is pale as white and has a tint of a baby blue. She is very skinny but looks normal with her clothing.
Clothing - She wears a white, aged cloth around her neck and covering her mouth. Often used to keep her shut, still didn't work though. She wears an inner white, loose and large sleeved shirt. Making her shoulders more bigger and have large cuffs. On one arm her left arm there is a wrapped aged cloth around her sleeve, keeping it tight around the middle section of her arm. Her 'vest' is made of brown leather that is attached together with a bright violet gem. For her so called 'belt' it's mostly just a aged cloth wrapped around her multiple times. Her pants are the same style of the shirt. Her shoes are a pale brown and have the same colour gems as the vest. She carries a small bag hanging from the makeshift 'belt'.
Weapon - Two very cursed weapons, one side has a hook and the other a dagger-like blade. Made of gold, the whole weapon is technically a blade but the middle part is covered with aged cloth. Making a makeshift handle. Her stronger weapon (In her left arm) has longer trailing cloth than the weaker weapon (right hand).
**That is the look for now, now for persona! ** Vivahli can be described in three words ; Sarcastic, lazy, and smart ass.
To amuse herself she would sarcastically comment on others around her for example ; Ally has been slain Before 5 minutes and in Vivahli's view.
"Wow, you must be the smartest person alive!" -Sarcastic "You're doing great champ!" -Sarcastic "Oh boy." -Waiting for the incoming feeding session from your allies.
Her laziness shows in the start of the game and in late game for example ; First steps in summoner's rift
"I can already feel the exhaustion building up in me" "Hmmm, Okay... Now can I leave?" "I hate you for making me wake up to this."
After 30 minutes
"Ugh, just end my torment of walking and fighting" "It's been only thirty minutes? It felt like decades past" "Look, summoner, dude or gal- whatever gender you are. Can we end soon? I just want to sleep."
After 1 hour If games like that long existed "Oh my god, JUST END IT ALREADY." "An hour past? So you're saying I wasted a whole hour of no sleep? Why must you make me suffer." "Whoopee we broke the record of the most longest and repetitive game ever. Nice. I'm going to need a lot of sleep after this..."
As for a smart ass, I don't know about that one. Maybe added in a post for her lines and such.
