Why doesn't Riot do a Edgar Allan Poe skin set for Halloween they could include a skin for Jhin that would be perfect like Phantom of the Opera and build a concept/art design based off of that. Then they could have Caitlyn or Vi get an investigator skin to go along with it, Riot needs to expand their ideas from other ideas instead of just going with the same themes they have over the last 3 years. The original pool party skins are cool and the second set of Project skins were alright, but some of the most recent skins are horrid. Concepts like the Darkstar are great because they add something new and in my opinion there needs to be more variety and skins that fit to the champion themselves instead of trying to fit them into an already existing theme.
