Add a ping monitor in the base client

There should be a ping monitor in the base client so I don't have to go through third party software or command prompt to see my ping to leagues servers. I just want it to tell me what it is before I start playing. And sure I could go into a custom game but that could take like 4 or 5 minutes which may not be that long of a time but when every time I get on, and I want to test my ping, it becomes a hassle.
