More refunds and a change in return policies

For obvious reasons, riot can not just hand out refunds to everybody, aside from the 3 everybody gets from creating an account. For those who have been playing for a certain amount of time (such as for each birthday an account has), they receive a refund point. This would be incredibly nice for people like me, who have been playing for many years and have not been able to return anything, such as a few skins.

When Riot does reworks a champion, such as the up and coming , people who own skins for that particular champion should be able to refund those skins. When they reworked , I had a few skins that I thought were good before the rework, but I do not enjoy as much.

Finally, for those who just purchased a skin and are trying it out to see what it looks like, they should be able to return it, as long as they have not played more than say 1 game with that skin.

All these ideas would only apply to champions bought with Riot Points, not Orange Essence.
