Bring back the old Mikael's Crucible for support to have real impact in games please!

For real, this item right now() serve as just a healing item, if anyone is planning to build this item, they would just pick a healer champion like sona, soraka, etc. Before, is just like , it can cleanse out zed's ult and fizz's ult, however, the difference between and is that it does not have any damage and influences compare to qss as adc CAN decide WHEN to use it. I believe was falsely nerf as it depends on the support to help their adc out. This item's stats is exactly set for supports to build not for ADC's to build, and as for support it is their job to assist their adc at the right time and synergy to actually utilize it. A bad support will never use it at the right time and this change back allows new support players to practice pressing actives and hopefully they will remember to press their as part of their job. If this item can be bring back to an item that cleanse out zed's ult or fizz's ult, it would also give the role "support" more mechanics to play around and would actually not be called "useless" from bronze~plat match making.
