Syndra's Crown and Morgana's Gown

Why does Syndra have an elaborate headpiece and a nice dress? She lives alone in a mage's hideout that she is levitating. Couldn't you make something that tells us more about Syndra, like a robe that she tore and redesigned because she didn't want to quietly study magic like her teacher but wanted power ASAP? Maybe give her a classical mage's robe, just opened up to show her cleavage. Then we get some magic as allegory for sexuality going. Suddenly Syndra is the sexy bad girl who wants power (and sex) now instead of being another evil sorceress (like Lissandra). Make her current skin Triumphant Syndra or something to represent Syndra after she has taken over Ionia.

Why does Morgana use pain magic like Mordekaiser? Why aren't there any good rebels in LOL? Why does Morgana wear a bikini and an absurdly long skirt?

Morgana is supposed to be a fallen angel she uses some form of demonic magic, but why does demonic magic feature roots and stuns? Isn't Morgana supposed to be rebellious rather than oppressive? I think changing her ult to be a possession spell would be really neat because it would fit more with her using demon magic than summoning spectral chains does. Changing her Q to have some sort of blinding effect (Teemo or Quinn) as well would also make her less of a prison guard and more of a spiteful rebel.

P Curses: Each time Morgana deals damage to a champion their vision is lowered to a minimum of some distance. Not taking any damage for a couple of seconds restores full vision.

Q Demonic Empowerment: Target friendly champion or minion gains a DOT effect on their basic attacks. If a minion is chosen Morgana regains health and can control the minion.

R Possession: Current Q animation except it goes through minions. Morgana becomes unable to do anything after shooting her R until the effect of her ult ends or the projectile reaches max distance. If her R hits she takes control of the enemy champion's basic attacks and movement for a couple of seconds.

I also think Morgana should have a more positive bio than being vindictively obsessive. You wouldn't call a Jew trying to kill Hitler vindictively obsessive. Jinx is an asshole, she just makes everything worse for everyone else for her own amusement. Xayah and Rakann are murder hobos when it comes to humans. Riven did rebel and left her army, but it's a quiet sort of rebellion, she isn't really trying to take Noxus down as much as she is trying to figure out who she is after she found out that her government didn't uphold the ideals it had fostered in her. Lissandra and Syndra both want to be evil overlords over their respective realms. Miss Fortune did good and won her rebellion against the Bilgewater establishment I suppose, but she doesn't look like much of a rebel and neither does Morgana.

There are 16 champions with cleavage, a few more if you include skins. There are only seven female champions with butts (and that's including the sheep champion...) and I'm pretty sure that there are fewer butt skins (champions with no butt getting one) than cleavage skins (champions with no cleavage getting some). There are only three butt champions that are not also cleavage champions. Compare that to real life where 50% of young women wear tight pants and maybe 10% show cleavage, LOL just isn't realistic in this department. Morgana should join the butt champions and ditch the ridiculous skirt, give her a pool party skin if you want to give her a bikini. Fact is that nobody wears a bikini on the job, but tonnes go to school and work with tight pants. Make Morgana a goth chick with tight pants and a corset to show she is a rebel instead of just an evil sorceress (like all the others).

I'll add that Varus needs new voice lines to represent his new lore and that Annie needs a new biography, new voice lines and a rework to represent her new lore as well. One way of doing Varus is to have three people speaking. If you go AP then the demon bow will do the outward talking (slaughter everyone, I'm evil muhahaha) if you go AD then Valmar and Kai will do the outward talking (Noxians are douchebags). Valmar will comment on his strength when you get a certain amount of bonus AD, Kai will comment on his aim when you get a certain amount of crit chance. Both will comment on their bond you get a certain amount of AS, Varus will laugh at this (because AP Varus also benefits from AS). Varus will comment on him dominating them once you get a certain amount of AP. Annie is no longer the evil magical prodigy of LOL, that now belongs to Syndra, Annie is the wild mage with very little control, her magic is dominated by her emotions. Annie should gain stacks of her passive over time and when she is hit instead of when she casts spells. All of Annie's voice lines need to be scrapped because she isn't an evil murderchild anymore, she needs to be a more angry and vindictive version of Amumu.

Because Karma has a very similiar outfit (the only difference being a different color and a bigger headpiece instead of a floating ring) and Syndra is her dark(-ish) counterpart?

Then we get some magic as allegory for sexuality going.

We already got Ahri and Evelynn, why do we need more?

Because Morde uses necromancy and metallmancy, instead of pain magic?

Why aren't there any good rebels in LOL?

What about Ekko and Xayah?

Because her sister is wearing full platearmor and she wants to look as different as possible?

I think it's always referred to as black arts and nefer as demonic magic, but the effects seem potent against her sister and probably other holy magic users, which makes sense since Morgana seems to have specifically studied this magic to have a better chance at victory.

I don't think she fits the rebel image, since she is part of an opposing army and not a small group fighting a governement. Xayah and Ekko fit the rebel image better since they are a minority trying to change established orders. Remeber she isn't "The Rebel" (that is Xayahs title) she is "The Fallen Angel".

Only problem is that we dont know if her cause is worth supporting. It's anarchy (Morgana) vs dictatorship (Kayle) and both are equally bad.

Actually both are very similiar (young girl with enormous magical potential) and they used to be mirrors (the somewhat Noxian Annie embraced her power, while the Ionian Syndra was told her power was evil and supposed to be controlled until she snapped)
