Lore: The Shuriman was once a vast bountiful nation filled with an immense fusion of diverse cultures. Now-a-days, the ruins of the beautiful empire show remnants of the people who once originated from these lands. Merchants, bandits and nomads brave some parts of its vast wastelands searching for treasures and artifacts dating back to the fallen city. However, all those who are wary do not cross paths with the demonic monster Rek’sai. Tales of her havoc span back to times even the oldest mercenaries can’t remember. One tale, however, stands out more than any other, the story of the boy who escaped. Saqar was raised a Bedouin. After losing his father to a group of bandits, and his mother, to a sickness 5 years later, he began to live his life as a nomad, seeking food and shelter. During his adventures, he became skilled in the use of a sling, which he used practically for hunting and defence against bandits and rabid animals. He had heard of the tale of Rek’Sai and the treasures she was guarding, and so bravely entered her Den. He was the first man to have ever survived, and the gadgets, weapons, treasures and ammunition he found were arcane. Passive: Bedouin’s Ploy • If two abilities, Saqar casts on enemy champions, land in successive order, Saqar’s next basic attack becomes an explosive shot. This auto-attack will also deal (+40% AP) to the first target it hits, then expand to the targets in the nearby vicinity, dealing (20%AP), also popping all laceration stacks. • Laceration: Saqar can apply up to three stacks of “laceration” using his Cleaving Scimitar or Ultimate. The stacks have a time duration of 3 seconds When an enemy affected by “laceration” is hit with an explosive shot, or by the arcane flames, o With each stack popped, Saqar ignores 10% of the enemy champion’s magic resist and armour (up to 30%) o Laceration can stack up to three times.

Q: Arcane projectile (50/55/60/65/70 mana) • Cool down (9/9/8/8/7 seconds) • Range: 1200 • Speed: 2000 • First phase: Saqar pulls back a modern sling with a projectile for up to 2 seconds. • Second phase: Saqar releases the projectile which hits an enemy champion, engulfing them in arcane flames, Popping all stacks of “Laceration” • Magic damage: 40% AP and magic damage per second 20, 35, 50, 65, 80 (+30% AP) for 2/3/4 seconds

W: Cleaving Scimitar (60/65/70/75/80 mana) • Cool down (17/15/13/12/10 seconds) • Range: 900 • Saqar launches a spinning double-edged scimitar into the air which levitates for a total of 4 seconds. After a 2 second delay, Saqar can recast it in any direction he chooses. The saw slices through the ground, damaging all enemies it hits, applying 1 stack of “Laceration”. • At level 3, Saqar can launch up to two scimitars. • Physical damage: 40, 70, 100, 130, 160 (+27, 34, 41, 48, 55% bonus AD) Spinning inferno • While cleaving scimitar is active, Saqar can launch his Arcane projectile onto his scimitar, causing it to be engulfed in arcane flames. When hit by this spinning inferno, all stacks of laceration on the enemy target are popped. • Physical damage: 40, 70, 100, 130, 160 (+27, 34, 41, 48, 55% bonus AD) • Magic damage: (60% AP) • Magic damage per second 20, 35, 50, 65, 80 (+30% AP) for 2/3/4 seconds.

E: Binding Cape (70 mana) • Cool down (13 seconds) • Range 1000 • Passive: When this ability is active, Saqar gains a burst of movement speed for its duration. • Saqar throws his white cape in a specific direction and binds the first enemy (champion or monster) it hits. If the cape, prior to binding to an enemy, is hit by 2 ranged auto attacks or abilities, it rips and falls apart. When bound, an enemy cannot move or cast any abilities. The bind lasts 1 second. • While the ability is active, Saqar gains 30% movement speed. Smouldering cape • While Binding Cape is active or bound onto an enemy, Saqar can launch his Arcane projectile onto his cape, causing it to be engulfed in arcane flames, popping all stacks of Laceration anddealing magic damage. • Magic damage: 60% AP.

R: Metallic Curtain (100 mana) • Cool down (50/40/30) • Effect radius 200/250/300 • Saqar throws a bomb on the ground directly in front of him while rolling backwards. The bomb explodes after 0.5 seconds, covering the area in metallic debris for 5 seconds. Enemy champions caught in the debris cannot see outside and are slowed by 30%. Enemies caught within the debris take Physical damage 150/200/250 (+50% AD) from the initial explosion and Physical damage per second 20, 35, 50, 65, 80 (+30% AD) while in the curtain. • For every second an enemy champion is caught in the curtain, a stack of laceration is added to the champion Arcane Immolation • While Metallic Curtain is active, Saqar can launch his Arcane projectile onto the curtain, causing it to be engulfed in arcane flames for 1 second, popping all stacks of Laceration. (this can also activate via his explosive shot passive). • Magic damage: 100% AP.
