Mastery Emotes

I play a lot of jhin and I was really sad when I hit mastery level 5 with him. This means I could no longer use my level 4 mastery with my champion that revolves around the number 4. I would like an update that gives us the option to go to mastery level 5. Just make it similar to the level 6 and 7 where they would only need 1 S- or better to get the level 5 token. This would create a lock and allow me to keep Jhin at level 4 mastery.
