Idea for a champion I was writing out a few years ago. If this gets anything other than downvotes, I'll go into lore and get a few design sketches down for it, if anyone would like to see it.

Also, quick note, if anyone does seem to like the idea, feel free to throw out some ideas for the design if you'd like. I have basically nothing other than the designs in my head for now, so I'd love some input if any of you have some. :)
