An Idea for Master Yi
So I had some ideas about changes for
that could be potentially pretty cool and make him more interesting overall. You know in some shows when someone gets cut and it takes a couple seconds for them to realize it? I'm thinking something like that.

E: Yi deals increased damage on all attacks and damaging abilities against monsters and champions but all damage is delayed by a few seconds OR Yi deals increased damage on all attacks and damaging abilities against monsters and champions but all damage is delayed by a few seconds and he can also activate it for somewhat weaker version of his current ult, a smaller speed boost and a slow resist, but the delay on damage becomes doubles while speed boosted
R: Either Unchanged OR Instantly deal all the built up damage on a single champion
Basically If the ult were to change moving his speed boost to his new E but making it slightly weaker would be a good way to still let him keep that part of his kit, since I think that speed boost is a big part of Yi's identity. You could also just change his passive and leave the rest of his kit alone. I think this would make Yi a lot more interesting to play as and against without making him much more difficult to play. Plus it fits with the idea of a super skilled extremely fast swordsmen so overall I think it'd be cool. Any thoughts or ideas to add?
