Have a giant map with speed and heal pads like dominion has, tons of bushes.

A timer and a way to track player deaths.

There are two teams, hiders and seekers.

The hiders have the following buff: "You move X% faster, take Y% more damage and deal 0 damage in every possible way, and give 200% as much gold" The seekers: "You move A% faster and deal B% more damage"

The game ends either at a certain time, let's say 15 minutes, or when every hider has died 3 times.

Once a hider dies 3 times they spawn in an enclosed area from where they can't affect the game.

The hiders take extra damage and give more gold to prevent them from being annoying. For example a 1000 AP janna that would stun everyone with her W, and they deal 0 damage so people like janna can use their spells without killing the hiders (I guess you could otherwise give the seekers 100000 armor and magic resist)

The map shouldn't be circular, more like a cone with the seekers spawning at the smaller base and the hiders spawning... well randomly.
