[Assassin Rework Item] Crestfallen Iron
In Runeterra's blood (lava) was this iron sickle born. Smote by a mourning blacksmith's festered hammer and cooled by his tears. This blade was his legacy and with a dying breath he would cast a malediction on the tool so that the heir could feel the sorrow of losing those around them.
- %8 Movement Speed
- +35 Attack Damage
- -50 Health Points (A Preemptive Nerf to Tank Assassins)
_UNIQUE Passive _: +10 Armor Penetration
UNIQUE Passive **COLLEITA **: Every time an ally unit dies inside a certain radius of the user [1400 range], the user gains 1 charge of "grief". When an ally champion dies, 5 charges are granted instead. "Grief" stacks a total of 10 times and for each stack the user gains 3 points of bonus true damage _{+(Current Level * 5)} [120 max] _ on their next ability or auto attack. However, all charges will be consumed.
I wanted to make an item that buffs an assasin's damage, and can destroy this silly tank assassin concept by removing health poins. I wasn't confident in subtracting too many health points so I left it at a mere 50.
I think this health removal system is unique to the game, and I wonder if Riot would consider using something like it later. The item is intended for the mid-laning phase even though it has late-game/level scalings on the true damage output. Furthermore, it has small amounts of assassin stats such as Armor Penetration, Movement Speed, and Attack Damage just to balance on the fact that it should be more early-to-mid game than late-game.
