Champion concept: the automatons
summary/main idea: one champion made if 4 characters, each representing a role and ability. Q = adc, W = support(healer), E = mid, R = top(tank)
Passive: leadership At the start of the game a leader will be chosen randomly from Q, W, or E(no names yet). The leader has bonus effects both passively and on ability cast, but the leader is the only one who can take damage(each has their own health bar and regen independently. If a character dies, it's corresponding ability cannot be used, their passives are not in effect, and they cannot become leader). If you cast the spell of the leader, they swap leadership with one of the other two(anyone but R) randomly. If you cast the spell of a non leader that character will become the leader.
Q:(corresponding character's name) Passive: bonus attack speed
Shoots a laser in a straight direction (each ability is cast from their character, not the center) with AD scaling.
Leadership bonus: Passive: increased auto-attack range
Laser stuns enemies hit
W: Passive: bonus mana regen
Heals selected ally (if self cast, the heal is divided among the individual characters)
Leadership bonus: Passive: bonus health regen
Both the champion and whoever he heals gets a shield that scales off of health(if self cast, the shield is applied to the nearest ally).
E: Passive: increased cooldown reduction
Shoots a rocket down into the ground, dealing AoE damage to enemies that scales off of AP
Leadership bonus: Passive: bonus movement speed
All enemies hit by the missile are knocked up
R: Passive: bonus health to each character
R character combines with the other 3 robots (he's bigger than the others) giving all abilities the leadership passive for a temporary amount of time. Unlike with the other abilities, he will be the one to tank damage until time is up or the ability is reactivated to cancel it, casting the other abilities won't change who takes damage.
Leadership bonus: Passive: bonus armor and MR
Things to know/ interesting info:
- The secondary effects of the leadership passive gives high incentive to cast your abilities in a random order(as using the ability of the leader randomly selects a new one).
- When in ultimate, all abilities are cast from the center of the champion, unlike when they are all individual characters.
- With Q W and E the champion is ranged, but if only R is alive then the champion is melee.
- If R dies before the other 3(can only happen during ult) they cannot gain their leadership passives.
- Because this champion has 4 health bars each with independent regen, building %regen is 4x as effective compared to other champions. Is any flat regen or heals are applied to this champion, it is divided among the characters alive (so one of the characters dying would increase individual regen and healing)
- If a character dies they can only be revived at spawn. It only counts as a death if all 4 are dead.
- If a character dies not only can you not use their ability, but their passives will also not be in effect.
- The ultimate character is normal size while the other 3 are yordle size. R stands in the middle with the leader in front of him and the other two on his sides (q is front or left, E front or right, w can be on any of the three sides)
- At lower levels the character's you've leveled will be more likely to die than the others (at level 1 the first one you level will be leader 50% of the time, so he'll take damage more often)
- Leveling up abilities will give their corresponding character health equal to leveling up.
