Summoner Artistics and Custom Summoner Icons

HI Riot Games, I have a very unique idea. I noticed that we cannot update or customize the summoner icons from our own. That is quite restrictive. Albeit you have a great marketing strategy behind it but Riot can earn more revenue from letting players chose their custom summoner icons. The twist will be: a. It becomes property of Riot Games. b. Riot will award certain amount of Riot points to summoners (Awarding can be by any manner what so ever riot points influence points or hexatech boxes or key fragments or essence) c. There will be a certain number of custom summoner icons like 5 or 3. d. Relating to the First point the riot will buy (by awarding) and these will be on sale for others players for either IP or RP (what ever pleases the riot games) By doing this riot games will be able to generate revenue as well as more players will give riot creativity which can be later on developed to create exclusive contents or packs. for eg. Best Custom made summoners icon package or any thing else possibilities with this are just limitless.
