Delthia, the Delicate Princess
Delthia, a very young and fragile pretty girl, white as snow and ill-suited for direct combat, but blessed with immensely powerful magic, able to grant life to three anti-magic marble statues in the image of - an archer, a magician, and a warrior - serving the girl as loyal servants and doing anything for her as thanks for giving them life. These statues are half the size of the girl, but weigh a lot more.
The girl is a Demacian orphan, a land long ago that forbid the use of magic constructing anti-magic marble to keep it out of their kingdom. Magic is now long forgotten and the people of the land do not even have the capabilities to use magic. This makes Delthia's use of magic, and such powerful use at that, that much more impressive and one-of-a-kind!
Delthia is a mage that has no basic attack. She has three familiars created out of anti-magic marble make up her lack of a true basic attack that were given life, though ironic, through magic!
Delthia has a completely new gameplay style, playing like a RTS (Real Time Strategy) champion where she clicks on her familiar to command THAT familiar to move and/or attack, with her abilities being like a mage based on the locations of the familiars.
She is extremely squishy and immobile, so she has to utilize the safety of her familiars to keep herself alive while laying down the damage on the enemy team, the true definition of a glass cannon!

Delthia has three anti-magic marble familiars she brought to life through immensely powerful magic that can only be destroyed if Delthia dies, one is a sly archer, one is a clever magician, and one is a mighty warrior. To order a familiar to move or attack, right-click on that familiar and then issue the command with a right-click, left-clicking the ground deselects the familiar.
Delthia must be within 650 / 715/780/845 range for her familiars to damage structures and enemies with their attacks. Every 3rd attack applies on hit effects.
Archer: 550 attack range, deals (+20%AD)(+5%AP) magic damage, and 325 units per second movement. Attacks 25%(+10% per 100AP) faster than the other familiars and has no attack speed limit. Magician: 450 attack range, deals (+35%AD)(+15%AP) magic damage, and 340 units per second movement. Warrior: 150 attack range, deals (+45%AD)(+20%AP) magic damage, and 350 units per second movement. Attacks strike in an 150 degree area.
Familiars move faster based on Delthia's bonus movement speed.
Delthia cannot gain bonus health, bonus armour, or bonus magic resistance, instead she gains (+20%bonus health)(+110%bonus armour)(+110%bonus magic resistance) bonus ability power.
Magic Boom (Q):
Cooldown: 4 seconds; Cost: 40/45/50/55/60 mana; Range: 450 units
Delthia explodes magic around all of her familiars, dealing 60/90/120/150/180(+75%AP) magic damage. If an enemy is struck by all three explosions, then they are dealt true damage instead.
Empowered Familiar (W):
Cooldown: 7 seconds; Cost: 30/35/40/45/50 mana; Range: 1050 units
Delthia blasts magic at the target familiar to enhance that familiar's next attack, causing it to deal 30/50/70/90/110(+50%AP) bonus magic damage and an additional effect. The familiar's attack deals damage no matter what. The familiar gains 25/30/35/40/45%(+8% per 100AP) bonus movement speed for 3 seconds.
Archer: Grants 20/30/40/50/60% bonus attack speed for 3 seconds. Magician: Explodes in a 300/350/400/450/500 units radius area. Warrior: Slows struck enemies by 30/35/40/45/50% for 2.5 seconds.
Freeze Beam (E):
Cooldown: 18/17/16/15/14 seconds; Cost: 60/70/80/90/100 mana
Delthia creates three beams of frozen magic between the familiars, forming a triangle, stunning struck enemies for 1.5/1.75/2/2.25/2.5 seconds. The beams of frozen magic remain for 3 seconds, stopping and stunning those that make contact with them.
Royal Protection! (R):
Cooldown: 90 seconds; Cost: 100 mana; Range: 700 units
Passive: Delthia's familiars can move 75/150/225 units further from her. Familiars can damage enemies 65/130/195 units further away.
Active: Delthia calls in her familiars to her location to protect her, granting her damage immunity for 3 seconds, but her familiars cannot attack or move on their own during this time while slowing her own movement by 80/40/0%.
After 3 seconds, Delthia unleashes an immense amount of stored up magic around her, dealing 250/325/400(+150%AP) magic damage.

Wanted something that felt both more Demacian and medieval with her whole princess and classic archer, magician, and warrior familiars theme, also Snowie felt more vastayan or yordle than human. Plus Delthia sounds more like a battle-ready name for a mage.
