new character almost like garen and darius

ive been thinking of a new character. like garen and darius they have great defense and attacks. maybe he/she can have a spinning move like darius and garen but than he can switch to a spear which can be his w. than when he turn into a spear user his moves changed but than he have to wait for like a short period of time for him/her to switch to a sword again. while he/she is in spear mode his e can stab the enemy and grab them with his spear. his/her ultimate attack should be like a powerful blow that pound enemy players and minions around him to the ground causing stun for a short time while losing damage due to bleed. also he can have an effect like after each time he kills his armor gets stronger by 1% with each kill but until he dies the effect start over again.
